Thank you for your interest in our products. Attached you will find the Fermentap Customer Application and Credit Application. In order to qualify for wholesale pricing we ask that you provide your state approved Sales Certificate or Evidence of a Retail Establishment. If you are a new company, but do not yet have the required paperwork then please submit your application at that time. In order to protect our current customers, we do keep our pricing catalog confidential. This will also protect you as a reseller. When we receive your Customer Application we will enter and confirm your account within 5-7 business days. If you select CC terms you will be allowed to order as soon as your account is confirmed. Net 30 Term Credit requests will be communicated within 2 to 3 weeks. You are free to select Credit Card and Net 30 Terms. If you have any questions, please feel free to email us at:
