Thank you for your interest in our products. Attached you will find the Fermentap Customer Application and Credit Application. In order to qualify for wholesale pricing we ask that you provide your state approved Sales Certificate or Evidence of a Retail Establishment. If you are a new company, but do not yet have the required paperwork then please submit your application at that time. In order to protect our current customers, we do keep our pricing catalog confidential. This will also protect you as a reseller. When we receive your Customer Application we will enter and confirm your account within 5-7 business days. Your first purchase must be made with a credit card, however if you wish to apply for Net 30 terms you can do so after this first purchase has been sent and billed out. A separate application must be filled out and submitted for Net 30 terms, and can be found at the bottom of this page.
