Shipping Policy
  • Shipping charges will incur on all orders. 
  • Due to limited warehousing space, will call pickup is currently not an option on wholesale orders.  
  • We are unable to use any FedEx account other than our own.
  • All freight orders will be shipped via FedEx Freight, and will be shipped on a pallet(s).

Item Availability
  • To request an item be available for purchase on Fermentap please use our product request form click here

  • If your order contains a backordered item, we will send you an email notification requesting how you would prefer to proceed with the order:

    We will offer to ship the bulk of the order and either: Cancel the backorder items OR ship the backordered items separately as soon as they are available (the items shipped separately would incur an additional shipping cost).

    If we do not receive a response to this email within 3 business days, we will ship the order and cancel the backordered items.

Damaged and Defective Items

  • To give the best customer service Fermentap requests that all product returns be handled by the reseller.  Fermentap does not handle third party customer service.  As a reseller please provide your customer with great customer service by replacing the product.  Return the faulty product to Fermentap directly and we'll replace it.  The reseller is responsible for calling Fermentap customer service within 60 days of purchase to set up a return between the two stores.  Thank you for your business.

International Orders
  • All orders placed for shipment outside of the contiguous United States will be sent USPS Priority Mail unless specified otherwise.  All duties and import fees or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
