Does your request meet the following criteria for a return? If so, please fill out this form. You will be contacted within 5 business days with a Return Authorization number. Please do not send your return until this has been issued.
1. We have a 30 day return policy with full refund.
2. If the return is over 30 days old (from Invoice Date) before request is made to us, there is a 20% restocking fee subtracted from the refund.
3. If the return is over 60 days old before request is made, there is a 25% restocking fee and a credit issued towards future purchases.
4. We do not accept returns over 6 months past the delivered date.
5. Please note, perishable items cannot be returned under any circumstance.
6. Any item that is a Drop Ship from our supplier to you cannot be returned unless it arrived damaged or defective.
7. In the event that the wrong item(s) is ordered, there will be a credit issued towards the account upon return receipt in lieu of refund.
8. Please pack all items securely and use a prepaid, insured method of shipment when returning items.
9. All returns must arrive in new and unused condition for full refund amount.
